Making Sherbet

 Aim: I want to know how to make sherbet.

Method:

Equipment:

  • Popsicle
  • Bowl or cup
  • Raro
  • Citric Acid
  • Baking Soda
Instruction:
  1. Get all of your equipment.
  2. Put raro, citric acid and baking soda on a paper or plate.
  3. When you're putting the ingredients separate them. Don't mix them.
  4. Get a little bit of everything and put it on a cup then mix it.
  5. When you mixed it taste it and if doesn't taste right add more.
  6. If it's sour put raro in and if the texture is not good add a little bit of baking soda.
  7. Keep tasting it once you mix and if it's still not good keep adding more until it taste good.
Result:

My one turned out to be very bad.

Discussion:  Why did it foam? When vinegar  comes in contact with baking soda it makes a chemical reaction that makes carbon dioxide gas. Carbon Dioxide Gas
