Aim:
I want to find out how to (brew)make ginger beer.
Research:
Method:
Equipment
- Plastic Cup
- Marker
- Powder ginger
- Water
- Sugar
- Spoon
Instructions
- Get your equipment
- Put your name on a cup
- Put half a teaspoon of ginger into the cup.
- add a half cup of water.
- Add one tablespoon of sugar into the cup
- Mix it with a spoon
- Five drops of lemon juice.
- Taste it and adjust the flavor.
- Add one quarter of a teaspoon of yeast.
- Let it brew for one week.
Result:
It doesn't really have a flavor but you could taste the worst flavor of it. It has a taste that if I you drink more you will throw up. It's hard to describe the flavor because it barely has a flavor but it makes you not liking it.
Discussions:
What does fermentation mean? Fermentation is a chemical breakdown
What are the best conditions for brewing?
What is the difference between beer, cider, wine, vodka, whiskey?
